Big Bear Chair

The chair itself is great, but lose a star because the carrying case needs some serious help. At the very least, it needs a longer and maybe adjustable strap. Even better, make it a wrap/sling like some of Kelty's chairs. The chair, however, is very supportive and seems sturdy. We like the wide cup holders that fit larger Yeti/Stanley cups without becoming unstable. We'd probably buy another one if it had the "wrap" style carrying case

Bought two of these when they first came out and have been very disappointed. The screws on it keep falling apart and I’ve had to put it back together multiple times. Emailed customer service when it first happened and they never got back to me. I have some other of their products and they all work great but these I don’t recommend.

Update: Problem resolved.

Kodiak Canvas to the rescue... or at least so far. I am 6'1" and 255 lbs and have had to gingerly slide into camp chairs my whole life. Ripped many a fabric corner, and even embarrassed myself at a Memorial Day ceremony when the camp chair I was in just collapsed right in front of everyone. It was not a good day. I bought two of these Big Bear chairs and so far my wife and I are loving them. The carrying case did get pin holes in them from bouncing in my truck bed, but we love them!

They chairs are strong and comfortable, but I did not receive my hat. (check my order)

Fantastic. Comfy. Well built. Should last a long time.
