Made with premium grade, Hydra-Shield™, 100% cotton duck canvas. The tight weave and silicone finish make the canvas watertight yet breathable, minimizing condensation and mugginess. Go ahead and touch the inside walls during a downpour—this canvas will not wick water. The Flex-Bow frame has tempered, spring steel rods that keep the tent taut, and robust 1-inch steel tube poles that will hold up to fierce winds. The floor is a seamless, heavy-duty, puncture resistant, 16 oz vinyl that keeps water out. Easy, one-person setup takes only a few minutes after you have it staked out. The steep walls and 6’6” high ceiling provide a roomy interior with stand-up, walk-around comfort. Large front and back doors with top rated #10 YKK zippers give convenient access. Four large windows, and two vents allow ample air flow. Windows and vents have no-see-um screen mesh, keeping out the smallest bugs. A customizable gear loft and organizer system offer plenty of places to stow gear. A large awning provides shade and a covered entry. Wish I could have bought a Kodiak fifty years ago. I have gone through thiirty or more of junk tents. My great grand kids will be using this one after I'm finished.
I got it for a camping trip my husband and sons were going on here in November. Where they went it was 30 at night 50 during the day. They said it was quick and easy set up. It fit 3 cots comfortably with all their stuff but could have fit 4. It was perfect for windy weather and kept the heat inside. They were very pleased with my purchase for them and will be using it for years to come.
Ive used this tent for over 10 years as a hunting outfitter. Just purchased a second one. Holds up to intense snow and rain. I pack it in on horses. Will top pack or side pack offsetting the poles opposite the tent with additional gear. Rides well. I appreciate the new metal loops for steaking the tent down. If I could add anything I would add some thick daisy chain looping to the pole bag so I could secure it to top pack but it does have a handle.
Quality of tent seems to be excellent, met my expectations. One man set up no problem, unknown to me my wife timed me putting up the tent 25minutes not bad for a 70 yr. old. When rolled up it fits easily in carry bag with the tent stake bag as suggested in instructions.
Would like to have seen some Suttle additions to further enhance the tent.
1) a little flap door for power cord
2) additional loops on roof that would attach to the horizontal pole over roof to keep center from sagging.
3) bring awning width out 3" on each side as to be even with the taupe color door/window panel, make awning 1 ft. longer coming out from the tent.
4) adjustable height awning poles

I've been using this tent during deer season, and as a shelter wile I work on my land for over 3 years now. It has held up in the snow, thunder storms, heavy winds and hevey rains that lasted for 3 days. It's easy to warm with a heater buddy. I never have to worry about critters getting in with the floor, or bugs with the screening. The zipper has held up to heavy use and the tent travels well with all my gear. I will be upgrading to a larger tent system as my family is growing, but I have been very comfortable in this tent, and i will only buy a Kodiak in the future
