I’m writing to let you know that your tent saved my family’s life.
We recently sold our small camper and still wanted to camp so my husband purchased your 10x10 cabin.
We had a trip planned to Lake George, NY this week and stayed on an island (set up was a breeze by the way!).
We saw a storm coming in on the radar so set up comfortably in the tent.
My husband, three girls and I had plenty of room to sit in chairs and spread out.
Then the storm came through.
What we thought would be a quick thunderstorm turned into a tornado.
My girls and I were in the tent when it started to lift. My husband was outside holding onto a tree.
We got out mid-storm and sheltered under an uprooted tree to avoid falling trees. For the most part the tent stood.
I don’t know what would have happened with a less sturdy tent.
I’m not sure what the condition will be after we set it up to dry, but I wanted to thank you.
